We generally ship the same day or next business day if you order is placed late in the day.
- How long will it take to deliver my order?
Transit time to the West Coast is 4 days, East Coast 3 days and 1-3 days for points in between.

installed according to the instructions, ThermoTile radiant floor heating systems
should last a lifetime.

Is ThermoTile offered in stores?
Not yet. We offer it exclusively by Internet to bring
you radiant floor heat at the absolute lowest cost possible.

Is a GFCI required?
A GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) is required
for installations where moisture may be present, i.e.,
in bathrooms and kitchens. Either install a GFCI in the
circuit or install a thermostat control with built-in
GFCI.
